Your own nature sanctuary
The category 4 wetlands and a wetland buffer on the east side of the property give the property the feeling of a nature reserve. Category 4 is the least restrictive of all the wetlands designations and homeowners are allowed to make use of the buffer area in many different ways.

Advantages of having wetland
Wilderness at your back door
Enjoy the native flora and fauna of the wetlands either from the glass sliding back door or via up close using walking trails through the area.
Privacy
As the back part of the lot will never be developed, you have a natural buffer along the east side of the property that enhances privacy on the site.
Drainage
Water drains easily through the native vegetation and soils of the buffer and no special effort is needed from the owner to further control stormwater runoff.
